Snoring-Blame It On The
Dog
It
generally seems that the dog is getting blamed for pretty well
everything, particularly for things that they aren't guilty of
in the first instance. If you discover that you are snoring at
night and you have a dog in the bedroom with you, you might
actually be able to legitimately blame the dog for your
problems. No, it's not that the dog is snoring and you are
getting blamed for it but it might just be that the dog is
causing you to snore so ultimately, the dog is the cause. Let's
have a look at why this may be the case.
You may be
surprised to find out just how
widespread dog allergies are. Many people who are dog owners
suffer from dog allergies don't even realize it. They may
simply dismiss some of the more usual symptoms, such as burning
eyes, a stuffy nose and maybe even snoring as being something
that is fairly common. The simple fact of the matter is, these
things are not common and they should be looked into if you're
suffering from them. You may discover that you are actually
allergic to your dog but if you do, what are you able to do
about it?
Very few
of us who are allergic to our dogs are going to be inclined to
get rid of them because of it. For that reason, we need to
determine another way to take care of the circumstance so we
are not suffering needlessly. The first thing that you want to
do is to banish the dog from your bedroom during the evening.
Whenever you are sleeping, you breathe much deeper and that
means that you are inhaling the allergens from the dog dander
in much more deeply as well. If you do not have the dog in the
bedroom, that will not develop into an issue.
You may
also want to think about getting a high quality air filter for
your bedroom as this will do a lot of good in removing the
allergens from your bedroom area. You can also do some things
with the dog to make the dander less of a problem. Giving him a
bath on a regular basis, perhaps once a week can do wonders for
your snoring. You should also make certain that you're brushing
him regularly and that you include some high-quality fats in
his diet as this will keep him from shedding
regularly.
